All international students must provide a minimum amount of money to study at Õ¬ÄÐÑо¿Ëù for one academic year (two semesters). These costs will appear on Form I-20 or DS-2019.
The approximate cost for the 2023-2024 academic year of study (August to May) is as follows:

Tuition: Undergraduate tuition and Scholarship amount is based on enrollment in 12 credit hours per semester. 12 credits are considered full-time status by SEVIS.
Fees: See the link for the fee description. Fee costs are subject to change depending on number of courses taken. The International Student Fee is $230 per academic year. All international students must pay this amount, regardless if they are on Õ¬ÄÐÑо¿Ëù's campus or not. International students who take all online courses from abroad will also be charged this amount, which provides support to international students and OISS.
Living Expenses: These are estimated for single students, with regular out-of-state rates. For students with dependents, you should allow an additional $5,525.00 per year for your spouse and an additional $2,000.00 per year for each child. These amounts will cover their food, housing, medical care, and other miscellaneous expenses. This is the minimum amount you should prove for your I-20 or DS-2019.

International Student Scholarship: Awards are dependent on available scholarship monies. More information can be found here.
** Undergraduate International Excellence Awards: Tuition for eligible undergraduate students (with a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale at the point of admission) will be assessed at the in-state rate. For AY 23-24, this is a cost difference of $1,980.72. More information can be found here.
Health Insurance: OISS reminds students that their current health insurance policy may provide some benefits while attending Õ¬ÄÐÑо¿Ëù. If you do not have insurance or if your insurance does not fully cover you during this time, we strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive health insurance plan. Costs for insurance plans will vary depending on the amount and length of coverage.
Second Bachelor's: While pursuing a second bachelor's degree, you will be assessed tuition and fees at the graduate student rate. These rates can be viewed here.
