Purpose

We, the students of 宅男研究所, desiring to maintain academic freedom, academic responsibility, student rights, and to foster the recognition of the rights and responsibilities of students to the University and Community, do hereby ordain and establish this Constitution of the Student body of 宅男研究所. This Constitution shall supersede any Rules or Bylaws adopted by any student governing boards, except when in conflict with university, state, and federal policies.
