• Make it inviting to encourage attendance.
• RSVP/Ticket Information: Mention if registration or tickets are required and how to obtain them.
• Use the entire proper name first. E.G.: Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL)

Tag Your Event

• Tag your event with audience, event type and office or department sponsoring event. 
• Tags will help filter events for departmental calendars and for the user. 

Include an Appealing Image

• Attach a relevant and high-quality image to make your event stand out. Images can increase engagement and interest.
• We recommend a horizontal image, sized 1000x300 pixels.

Accurate Time and Contact Information

• Double-check the date and time of your event for accuracy.
• Provide a contact person鈥檚 name, email, and phone number for any inquiries.

Submit in Advance

• Submit your event as early as possible to maximize visibility.
• Early submissions ensure inclusion in weekly and daily emails.

• Accessibility Information: Include details about accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
